• Saved over $4 million in infrastructure costs, in one afternoon by introducing our client to a completely different (and more sustainable) approach to their wastewater collection and treatment system
  
  
• Increased land value by defining and helping to execute an entitlement strategy for 1,350 units on land currently zoned for 17 units.  Not only was securing the approvals important, but it was achieved against great odds while receiving unanimous support from County commissioners

Our results range from advice that saves money and time on a project; to improved designs that increase stakeholder buy-in and ease the approvals process. Our value is how we guide our clients and their projects through the challenges of changing market demands and economics, regulatory agency inertia, construction technical limitations and the personalities of the design team. No single project or illustration can convey this breadth of understanding.
